Have you got the Flash Player?
Check that you have the latest version of the flash player, you will need this installed in your browser in order to view/play the games, links to this can be found on our 'Need the Flash Plug-in?' page.
 
Are you having connection problems?
The games on this site vary in size, and must be downloaded before they can be played. This means that your computer will need gather all required information from us here at Lucy's Café and this will take a little time. Estimated download times are listed on each of the games pages. The estimated download time however is due to us asuming that you have at least a 56k modem and are connected using a efficient ISP. This means that it may be possible for your connection to the internet may be holding up or slowing your download and therefore causing download problems. Check the speed of your connectivity this should be somewhere around the 40k mark. If you find out that your connection is slower it just means that games will take a while longer to download but persistence will prevail.
 
Are you trying to download more than one game?
The site will currently only let you download one game at a time. This is to ensure that your download will be the quickest it can be for that file size. It also ensures that our server will not get clogged and therefore efficiently distributing information to all users, however any laps on this is highly unlikley.
We advise that you wait until each game has downloaded before trying to download another unless you wish to terminate the original download.
